John is a co-founder of 263tickets and the lead architect of its technology, systems, and innovation. He builds the platform, leads the engineering teams behind it, and owns the technical direction end to end — from the native payment rails to the systems that have to stay standing when thousands of fans arrive for an on-sale at once.

A seasoned software engineer with over ten years of hands-on experience — and a techpreneur with deep knowledge of systems, design, and the implementation of new technology — he built the fraud-prevention core that gives every ticket a single, verifiable identity: a secure code validated in real time at the gate, impossible to clone or spend twice.

His approach is engineering-led and Africa-first: EcoCash and InnBucks built in from the ground up, money handled in integer-exact minor units, and reliability treated as the floor the rest of the experience stands on.
