How fees work
One fee, shown up front. On paid tickets we take a small percentage plus a flat amount — nothing on free tickets, no setup cost, and no monthly minimum. You decide whether to absorb the fee or pass it to the buyer at checkout, and the buyer always sees the exact total before they pay. No hidden conversion, no surprise line items.
What's included
Every plan includes unlimited events, flexible multi-currency payments, ticket delivery by WhatsApp, email, SMS, in-app, or print, the offline-capable scanner app, real-time sales reporting, and the fraud protection that gives each ticket a single, verifiable identity. Big on-sales get a virtual waiting room so the rush stays fair. The fee is the whole price.
Payouts
Payouts settle in the currency you sold in — including USD — to your bank or mobile-money account on the schedule you choose. Every cent is reconciled across every rail, so the numbers always tie out.
