Make a data request

Under GDPR, POPIA, and Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act you have rights over your personal data. Here's each right and how to use it. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Access & portability

Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you — profile, orders, tickets, and consents — in a portable format.

Correction

Ask us to fix data that's wrong or out of date. You can edit your name, phone, language, and currency yourself in your account.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your account and personal data. We anonymise your records and keep only what financial-record law requires.

Object or restrict

Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing — including marketing and personalisation — and withdraw any consent at any time.

The quickest way

If you have an account, the fastest routes are built in. From your account settings you can download a copy of your data or delete your account. To withdraw messaging consent, turn off marketing and personalisation there, or reply STOP on WhatsApp. Where a self-serve control isn't available to you, email us and we'll action it.

By email

You can make any request by emailing privacy@263tickets.com. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the account or email address it relates to. To protect your data we verify your identity before we act, and we respond within 30 days.

Events you attended

When you buy a ticket, the event's organiser receives your details as an independent data controller. For data an organiser holds about you, contact that organiser directly — their own privacy practices govern their use of your data. If you're not sure how to reach them, we'll help.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, tell us first so we can put it right — reach our data-protection team at privacy@263tickets.com. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection regulator; in Zimbabwe that is the Data Protection Authority (POTRAZ).
