Community guidelines

263tickets works because organisers and attendees trust it. These are the standards that keep it that way — they apply to events, listings, reviews, and every message sent through the platform.

Who these apply to

Everyone who uses 263tickets — organisers listing and running events, attendees buying tickets and leaving reviews, and partners building on the platform. Breaking these rules can mean content removed, an event delisted, or an account suspended, depending on how serious it is.

Be honest

Events must be real, accurately described, and run by who they say they are. Misrepresenting an event, its line-up, its venue, or its date — or listing an event you have no right to sell — isn't allowed. If something changes, update the listing and tell the people who already bought.

No scalping or fraud

Buying tickets to resell above face value, automating purchases, hoarding inventory, or using stolen payment details will get accounts suspended and orders reversed. Our anti-bot and fraud checks run on every on-sale, and resale is allowed only through the channels an organiser explicitly enables, at face value.

Respect each other

Harassment, hate speech, threats, and content that targets people based on who they are — in event listings, reviews, photos, or organiser messaging — have no place here. Reviews should reflect a genuine experience; don't post fake reviews, and don't pressure others to remove honest ones.

Protect privacy

Don't share other people's personal information — attendee lists, contact details, or ticket QR codes — outside what the platform allows. Organisers may only use attendee data for the event the attendee bought into, and within the privacy policy.

Reporting & enforcement

Spotted something that breaks these rules? Report it to trust@263tickets.com with a link and a short description. We review every report, act in proportion to the harm, and — where it's fair to do so — give people a chance to put things right before we remove an event or an account.
